Background: Scout was rescued this summer as part of the “Save 100 Dogs” project from Chuncheon City Pound, Korea. Since then, he’s been living at our partner boarding house with other dogs, waiting patiently for his forever family to find him.

Personality and Socialization: Scout is a playful and affectionate boy with medium-high energy, always ready to spread cheer wherever he goes. He loves being around people—whether it’s men, women, or strangers, Scout greets everyone with a wagging tail and a friendly attitude.

He also enjoys the company of other dogs, especially those who are just as friendly and playful as he is. However, sometimes Scout gets a bit jealous when he’s not the center of attention, but it’s all part of his lovable charm. He hasn’t been around cats or young children yet.

Behaviors: Scout’s easygoing nature makes him a delight to care for. He’s fine with baths and handles car rides, though he might feel a bit nervous—yet never complains. At the vet, he’s been wonderful during checkups and vaccinations. So far, there’s been no sign of destructive behavior. While he has limited experience on a leash, once he’s comfortable in his environment, Scout is curious and eager to explore.

Health and Diet: Scout is neutered, microchipped, and fully up-to-date on all vaccinations. He takes monthly preventatives for internal and external parasites and is in great health. Scout enjoys dry kibble twice a day and currently has no known allergies.

Ideal Home: Scout’s friendly and affectionate personality makes him a great fit for a variety of adopters. However, he would truly thrive in a home where he can be the center of attention and love. He would do best with someone who works from home or is retired, as Scout loves being around his people and would enjoy plenty of companionship and affection.

With his loving and easygoing nature, Scout is sure to bring joy to any home. Whoever adopts him will be very lucky to welcome such a sweet, devoted boy into their family!
