Noel 2

Background: Noel was found last winter wandering the streets of Hwasung near a cluster of restaurants, searching for scraps of food. He was wary and kept his distance, but he always returned for food. It took time, patience, and gentle care before we were finally able to bring him to safety. Since then, Noel has been living with other dogs at our boarding house and slowly learning to trust again.

Personality and Socialization: Noel is a quiet, gentle, and affectionate boy with medium energy. Once he feels safe with you, he becomes very sweet and loving. He’s friendly and sociable with people, and has a calm, submissive nature. With other dogs, he gets along well—especially with those who are friendly, mellow, and well-mannered. He hasn’t been tested with cats or children.

Behavirous: Noel is an easygoing dog who’s quiet and patient. He enjoys being near people, but he’s not demanding of attention. He prefers to do his potty outside but will use indoor pee pads if needed. He’s good in the car, comfortable with bath time, and well-behaved during vet visits. He enjoys his walks but is a bit nervous in the new environment.

Health and Diet: When Noel was rescued, he tested positive for heartworms and anaplasmosis. Thankfully, he completed his treatments and has recovered fully. He’s now healthy, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and takes monthly parasite prevention. He eats kibble twice a day and has no known allergies.

Ideal Home: Noel would do best in a home where someone is around often—perhaps someone who works from home or is retired and has a calm lifestyle. He’s the kind of dog who will quietly sit beside you, join you for a peaceful walk, and always be close by when you need a friend. A gentle canine sibling would be a bonus, but not required. A calm, peaceful home in a quiet neighborhood would be ideal.
