** Note: Mitil is currently in Korea, but we are looking for her forever home in Vancouver. Her flight from Korea to Vancouver is scheduled for February 10.

Background: Mitil and her brother, Tiltil, were born last May to a dog rescued from a puppy mill in Namyangju, Korea. They initially lived with the boarding house manager and later spent some time at our boarding house with other dogs. Currently, both Mitil and Tiltil are thriving in a loving foster home, where they’ve been learning and growing together.

Personality and Socialization: Mitil is an affectionate, smart, and friendly girl with a medium-to-high energy level. She’s sociable, adaptable, and loves to be around both people and other dogs, especially those who are active and playful. Mitil is a cuddle bug—she adores snuggles, smooches, and being close to her humans. Her joyful, loving nature makes her the perfect companion for an affectionate family.

Behaviour: Curious and intelligent, Mitil listens well to her humans and is eager to please. She’s well-behaved during vet visits, grooming sessions, and bath time. While her leash-walking experience is limited, she follows her humans beautifully on walks. Mitil enjoys playing with toys and gets along great with other playful dogs, especially those around her size.

Health and Diet: Mitil is in excellent health. She’s been spayed, microchipped, and is up-to-date on all vaccinations. She has tested negative for heartworm and other parasites and receives monthly internal and external parasite preventatives. Mitil eats dry kibble twice a day and currently has no known allergies.

Ideal Home: Mitil is very bonded with her brother, Tiltil. Ideally, we’d love for them to be adopted together. However, if that’s not possible, Mitil would thrive in a home with another playful dog to keep her company. She’s a young, affectionate “velcro” dog who loves being close to her family, so a home where someone is around most of the time would be perfect.

Mitil is still learning about the world and will benefit from a patient, loving family who understands the needs of a young dog. With the right support, she will blossom into a loyal, happy companion.
