Get monthly updates about dogs like Bami and follow their journey from suffering to a forever-loving home.

Bami was found in the forest in Kimhae, Korea last winter ; she was tied to a tree as seen in the photo below. She was obviously someone’s dog once but dumped.

After being rescued, Bami was taken to a vet right away. Unfortunately, Bami had hearworms and suffered from mal nutrition. It took several months for her to complete heartworm treatments. Now she is healthy and ready for her forever home.

Bami is a very affectionate, friendly and social dog. She loves to follow people around and is very cuddly. Her favorite thing is to go out for walks; she is good on a leash, too.

Bami is very adorable and loving. She has become the most popular dog among shelter volunteers. Easy-going, gentle, sweet, and friendly! She is a wonderful companion dog.

Currently, she is with a foster in Kitchener.
