*NOTE: Free Korean Dogs is continuing to process applications for our adoptable dogs. However, recent flight restrictions beyond our control have hindered our ability to transport our dogs from Korea until July 2020 (or it may take longer) due to COVID-19. If this is a time line you are able to work with, please submit your application. If you meet our criteria, we will contact you for an interview.

Youha is one of the most easy-going, gentle, and affectionate dogs that we have in Korea.

She was rescued from the streets in 2018. After being rescued, Youha gave birth to three puppies in a shelter; Bhamsong, one of the puppies, has been adopted by a wonderful family in Toronto last year.

Youha is very obedient and friendly to people; she is very patient, quiet, and gentle. She is also a great snuggler. But sometimes she becomes jealous of other dogs, too.

Youha has been living with a foster since last year. But the foster has a long work hour. Youha is left alone for over 10 hours/day in an apartment. However, she is always very patient and quietly waits for her foster mom to come home.

The ideal adopter for this precious girl is someone who works from home or is retired. We want Youha to live with a family who can spend a lot of time with her so she doesn’t have to be left alone in an empty house again.
