Tacksoon

Details:

  • Status: Adopted
  • Breed: Welsh corgi mix
  • Age: 5 years, 8 months
  • Gender: Female
  • Spay/Neuter: Yes
  • Size: Medium
  • Weight: 18 kg (39 lbs)
  • Location: Toronto

Update: Tacksoon has found a forever home in Toronto. Yay!

  • Note: Tacksoon is with a foster in Toronto now.

Tacksoon was rescued from a neglect situation. Her owner suffered from mental illness and left Tacksoon on the streets even in cold winter. Eventually, she was rescued and sent to a local shelter. Tacksoon was pretty happy there, especially with her roomate, Hwarang, who was gentle and friendly. But after Hwarang was adopted and left the shelter, Tacksoon got very depressed. She lost her appetite and stopped eating. We brought her to our partner boarding house and now she is doing well.

Tacksoon is an easy-going girl. She is sweet, affectionate, friendly, and loves to be around people. She is also good with dogs as long as they are not aggressive or hyper. She is also house-trained and has no seperation anxiety.

Tacksoon will be great for someone who is looking for a calm and gentle dog. Someone retired or working from home and living a quiet and relaxed life will be great for Tacksoon.
