* NOTE: Due to recent flight/travel restrictions resulting from Covid-19, it will take longer for your adopted dogs to get to you. Please only submit an application if you are able to wait until a flight volunteer can be secured. Please note we currently do not have a definitive timeline.

Our regular method of transporting dogs using flight volunteers has drastically decreased due to current flight/travel restrictions. An alternative, quicker option of flying via cargo can be made available, although at a greater financial cost. The cost can range from $1500 CAD to $3500 CAD depending on the size and weight of the dog, airline, and destination city. Dogs traveling via cargo will be able to arrive sooner as they are not dependent on travelers to bring them.

Stia was a stray dog living on the streets in a small village in Paju, Korea. When she was rescued, her skinny body was completely covered with dirt, matted hair, and severe skin dieases. It took over a year for Stia to gain her health back. After completing all treatments, Stia found her foster home. She has been living in the foster home with two small dogs since 2019.

Stia is a little bit shy around strangers but once she gets to know them she bcomes affectionate and sweet. Stia enjoys going for a walk and playing outside.

The ideal home for Stia is:

  • A family with experience with dogs
  • A calm and low activity home with adults only, or older teenagers
  • Active humans who enjoy walks, runs, hikes, etc.
  • A quiet neighborhood (as the sounds of trucks and traffic still scare her)
  • A home with a secure yard to run around

Vaccination Details
