Stella was rescued from a dog tonic shop in Korea last January. The dog tonic, Gaesoju in Korean, is a drink that is made with dog meat and herbs. Many people in Korea consider it as health supplement. She was one of the seven puppies who were locked in a cage in front of the shop. When a puppy is selected by a customer, he/she is killed for Gaesoju. Luckily the seven puppies were all rescued and are waiting for their forever families. The dog beside Stella in the cage is Rain and he has been adopted by a wonderful Canadian family. Now it is Stella’s turn.
Stellar is currently living in a private shelter run by a Buddhist nun/also her rescuer in Sacheon, Korea.
She has great temperaments; very friendly, sweet, and gentle to everyone. She is good with cats, children, small and big dogs. Indeed, Stella is one of the best jindo mix dogs that we have in Korea. Whoever adopts her is lucky. If you are looking for a second dog, she is the best one.
Vaccination Details
DHPPL, Canine Influenza, Kennel Cough, Rabies, Corona, Heartworm test, Giardia test, Flea & tick & heatworm prevention are all done.
