Get monthly updates about dogs like Otto and follow their journey from suffering to a forever-loving home.

Otto was rescued from a shelter that burned down during the 2019 forest fires that swept through the North East Coast of Korea. He suffered many burns, but miraculously made a full recovery.

Unrelated to his forest fire injuries, Otto was born with a ligament which is longer than the rest of his legs. This causes him to walk notably different. He also has a patella condition. When we consulted with the vets, they concluded no surgery was needed for either condition. However, supplements along with frequent short walks are recommended for his patella.

Otto currently lives in a boarding house with other dogs. Despite his trauma, he is happy and social with everyone he meets. This boy deserves a new start in life.

The adoption fee is $280.
