Moumou

Update: Moumou has found a forever home in Vancouver. Yay!

* NOTE: Due to COVID19 and a shortage of flight volunteers, the dog was transported by cargo flights, which costed around $2,500 CAD. Free Korean Dogs would appreciate a contribution of $1,000 from future family towards the cargo fee to help with transportation and costs. The total fee for Moumou is $1,960 CAD ($960 CAD for adoption+$1,000 CAD for cargo flight). Moumou is currently in Vancouver. 

One cold winter day in 2019, Moumou and his sister, Doudou, were found in a cardboardbox beside country road in Gapyung, Korea. They were only about 2-3 weeks old at that time and it was a miracle that they survived. After being rescued, Moumou lived in a dog boarding house with other dogs before flying to Canada to his current foster in Vancouver.

Moumou is a very playful and loving boy. He gets along very well with other dogs. In fact, he is most happy when he plays with his furry friends. Moumou is also very sweet and affectionate to people. He likes to stay close-by.

The ideal adopter is someone who works from home or is retired and has another friendly dog. Mou Mou grew up in the shelter and is still learning about the world, and getting used to his leash and harness. However, he does well in new experiences as long as his humans are patient and supportive of him. He has already come a long way and with time, he will become an amazing companion.

Vaccination Details

DHPPL, Canine Influenza, Kennel Cough, Rabies, Corona, Heartworm test, Giardia test, Flea & tick & heartworm prevention are all done.
