Manoak and Hoonie are a bonded mother and son pair who were rescued from the Yangpyung city pound. We are unsure of how they ended up there, but it was likely a good samaritan brought them to the shelter not knowing they would both be euthanized if not claimed or adopted in a 10 day period.

At the time of rescue, Manoak had 2 puppies. However, Hoonie was particularly bonded to her, and her other baby was adopted by a rescuer in Korea. Both mother and son were then moved to our partner boarding house where they lived with other dogs.

Despite all they have gone through, both Manoak and Hoonie are very sweet and friendly to both people and other dogs. They have a quiet and gentle demeanor, and are very obedient. Whoever adopts them will be very lucky.

Manoak is 3yr old, 4kg and Hoonie is 7.5 month old and 2kg.
