Update: Liza has found a forever home in Toronto. Yay!
Liza was one of the six puppies who were rescued from the streets in Paju, Korea in summer of 2017. They were captured and sent to a highkill shelter. Luckily, they were rescued before being euthanized. Since then they have been living in a shelter with other dogs.
Liza is mellow, sweet and obedient to the shelter staff and volunteers. She is good with other dogs as long as they are gentle and friendly. Liza is a little bit shy around strangers, but if time is given, she opens up. She is so happy when she gets attention and goes out for a walk.
It has been 5 years for Liza to live in the shelter. We don’t want Liza to stay in the shelter any longer than she has been. No one in Korea wanted to give her a chance, but we know the perfect family is out there for her, waiting to shower her with warmth and love.
Her ideal family is with one who lives in a quiet neighborhood and has time to spend with Liza. She loves going for a walk and spending time with her humans. Whoever adopts this beautiful fur baby is very lucky.
