Update: Juni has found a forever home in Vancouver. Yay!

Note: Juni will arrive in Vancouver on Nov. 19th, 2021.

Juni was rescued from a city pound in Gyeongbook province in Korea this summer before euthanasia, and is currently living with a foster family (in Korea) and their jindo.

Although Juni has only been with her foster for a month, she has continuously impressed everyone with her progress. She fit in very well into their home and picked up her new routine and the rules of the mom very quickly. She is very smart, obedient, eager to please, and often looks to her human for direction. For example, she is sometimes nervous and unsure when meeting new dogs, but with her foster’s assurance/guidance, she knows the situation is safe and begins wagging her tail.

Juni loves to be around people and has been very adaptable to new situations. She walks well on leash and enjoys going on walks and being outdoors. She takes to bathing and grooming well, and is very well behaved at the vet. She is house-trained and currently does not display any sign of separation anxiety with her foster. Indoors she is playful, but quiet.

We have been so impressed with Juni and her optimistic outlook, and how willing she is to try new experiences with some moral support. She will be a great furry companion to a very lucky family.
