Inkyung was found on the streets in Jan. 2022. She was sent to a highkill shelter, but was luckily rescued before being euthanized. She was about 4 months old at that time.

The lucky puppy was taken to a foster home and lived there until mid-November, 2022. During that time, Inkyung learned basic commands and manners. While it has been some time since her return to the shelter, Inkyung’s resilience and adaptability have shone through, allowing her to navigate the challenging transition with commendable ease.

Inkyung has already displayed commendable progress during her stay at the shelter. She walks well on a leash and comprehends basic commands, showcasing her intelligence and willingness to learn. Although she tends to be shy around strangers, especially men, her caution fades once she becomes acquainted with them, revealing her inherent sweetness and capacity for affection.

Described by her former foster as a clever, active, playful, alert, loyal, and affectionate companion, Inkyung possesses a multitude of endearing qualities. To ensure her continued growth and happiness, an ideal adopter for Inkyung would be someone with previous experience in caring for similar dog breeds. It would be advantageous for this adopter to reside in a detached house nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, providing Inkyung with a serene and secure environment. Ideally, her adopter would work from home or be retired, allowing for ample time and attention to be devoted to her well-being.

By finding a loving and understanding home that meets her specific needs, Inkyung can embark on a new chapter in life, leaving behind the uncertainty and transience of shelter living. With the right companion by her side, she has the potential to flourish and become a cherished member of a devoted family.
