Update: Artie has found a forever home in New York. Yay!
Artie and his three siblings were rescued from the streets in Kimpo, Korea. A local animal lover worried that they would get caught by a dog meat seller so called the rescue group.
He is good with children and other dogs. Artie will arrive in NYC on May 4th and be available for adoption.
