Halla and her mother were stray dogs found near Mount Halla in Jeji Isalnd, Korea. Both were very sweet and loving to people. However, Halla had to say good bye to her mother and was moved to a dog boarding house recently. The mother had a cancer and had to stay in a foster home during her cancer treatments.
Halla is very affectionate with people. She loves to be in the company of humans, and is obedient, sweet, and friendly to those she meets. She enjoys receiving pets and attention.
However, Halla is not the biggest fan of other dogs, and can be reactive with them. To Halla, humans are all the friends she needs, and she would be a fantastic companion.
Her ideal adopter is with a family with experience with dogs, as well as dog reactivity. She would require a house in a suburban or country setting (where chances of meeting other dogs are less) and would benefit from having a secure fenced-in yard. A calm home without children or other pets would be perfect.
