Gamza and her sister Hayang were born to a stray dog who was rescued as a stray living in a construction site in Changnyeong, Korea. They were rescued last fall and lived with other dogs in a shelter before flying to Canada in search of a forever home.
Having been raised with other dogs, Gamza does well with them. He has a sweet, friendly, and affectionate personality. He is great with dogs and also people.
His ideal home is with a household where people are home for the majority of the day to spend time with him as he is still young. It is important to remember that due to his age, he has limited life experiences and has only known shelter life. He would prefer to have another friendly canine sibling in the home, as he loves other dogs and has been around them his whole life. His adopter should also be committed to continue socializing him with people and other dogs.
Gamza means ‘potato’ in Korean.
