Get monthly updates about dogs like Chadol and follow their journey from suffering to a forever-loving home.

Chadol was one of the three babies born after his mother Suzie was rescued from the Yongin dog meat restaurant. Suzie was kept at the back of the restaurant in a cramped cage with other dogs waiting to be hand picked for slaughter.

Chadol was the smallest and weakest of his litter. He was often bullied by other dogs, including his siblings. As a result, he was hand reared by volunteers with whom he is very affectionate and cuddly with. He is a very loving boy who is small, but has a big heart.

However, Chadol does get scared easily and would require an adopter who he knows he can trust to protect and provide for him. Adopter’s should be aware that although Chadol was born into our care and has only known love and kindness, he has very little life experience due to his young age and knows little about life outside the shelter. This means cars, bicycles, elevators, etc will all be new to him and may take him some time to adjust.

His ideal adopter is someone who has great experiences with dogs and is committed to continue socializing with people and other dogs, and gradually introducing him to the great big world. A household where someone will be home for the majority of the day and also a quiet home with no other pets or children would be ideal. Chadol would be happiest as the prince of the household.
