  • Spay/Neuter: Yes
  • Size: Medium

Update: Byulchi has found a forever home in Vancouver. Yay!

On a rainy day in June, 2020 Byulchi was found on the street; he was covered in mud and trembing in the rain. Since being rescued, he has been living in a boarding house with other dogs.

Every morning when Byulchi sees shelter staff, he wiggles his tail with joy and wants to smooch them. While he is very loving and affectionate to people whom he knows, he is very shy around strangers. It usually takes some time for him to open up to new shelter volunteers.

While Byulchi is cautious around people (strangers), he is pretty easy-going when it comes to dogs. He likes to play with gentle and friendly dogs, but is also patient with bossy hyper dogs.

His ideal adopter would live in a calm, quiet, low activity house with a secure fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood (no apt or condo please!). He would need an experienced person/people to allow him to settle in at his own pace while he embarks on his new journey out in the world, which we understand may be scary in some ways.

Vaccination Details
