Update: Arkeu has found a forever home in Toronto. Yay!
Arkeu (now Hugo) was rescued along with his sisters from the streets in 2016, in Korea. He was suffering from severere skin infections at that time. After living in a shelter for a year, finally he flew to Toronto and has been adopted by a wonderful family.
